Client graduated 2 years ago. Buying first home with student loan.

Single income with outstanding loans trying to buy their first home.

Both applicants are self employed. There is also an auto lease just under $2,500/month and student loans.

Client was pre-approved in the middle of a job transition. However, they decided to switch employers. They started their new job on Monday and we got the approval Friday.

New to Canada, New to Job, 1 Income, previously declined by other brokers and banks

They have support payments of just under $1,700/month. Client was declined by 3 - 4 mortgage brokers and banks. Been trying to get a home for 1 - 2 years.
